How Much

September 3, 2021 by Laurel Burton 1 Comment

I have a friend at the breaking point.

Ever been there? When no matter which way you turn, there is trouble? At home, at work, everywhere!

What do you do? What do you say to someone who is in the ashes of this life?

Ever heard someone say, “God won’t give you more than you can handle?” I’m not sure that’s true. I don’t think bad things come from God. He isn’t the One giving us what we go through each day.

God will always provide a way out of temptations we face but perhaps not situations.

So what to do?

We need to always remember satan is attacking us the hardest when we are trying to live our best life for Christ. he is in our families, our jobs, other people’s lives, and trying to get in our hearts so we’ll give up.

But don’t give up…it’s not over yet!

The Holy Spirit will strengthen us. We have to have faith.

Don’t ask God to take struggles away. Ask Him to sit in the ashes with you.

My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. (2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT)

This is so true ! I’ve told children who lost a parent this. It could be satan that caused the death of of their parent. Also bad things can happen to good people.
