There’s an Andy Griffith episode where Andy is trying to get out of marrying a backwoods country girl. Her family is very superstitious, so Andy and Barney devise a plan to act as if Andy is cursed. Just how far is the east from the west?
On a somewhat round planet, it is never-ending.
God’s forgiveness for us is never-ending. It’s as far as the east is from the west.
It is one scarred hand to the other!
