Stifling

I believe the Holy Spirit works so much more than we know nor do we use His power in us as we should. I believe He puts thoughts and people on our minds and hearts.

Last week a friend texted a few of us prayer warriors asking for prayers. She didn’t need to give any details. She knew we’d pray for her.

It was no coincidence that very morning I woke with the song Turn Your Eyes on my mind. I sent her the link hoping it would help her as well as the prayers we were sending up.

If you have a thought, act on it. If someone comes to mind, call or text them.

If we don’t, are we stifling the Holy Spirit? (I Thessalonians 5:19)
